1. Who we are

Lenz Technologies ("Lenz", "we", "us") is an industrial software company based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for the personal data collected through lenz.sa. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@lenz.sa.

2. What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your full name and work email address
• Your company and the type of organisation you represent
• The asset type you inspect and how you capture it today
• Whether you'd like to apply as a design partner

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever your message contains. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not track you across other websites.

3. Why we use it

We use the details you send us only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or call
• Assess your application to our design partner programme
• Follow up with you about Lenz in connection with your enquiry

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. Providing it is optional, but we need at least your name and email address to respond. We will not use your data for any purpose that is inconsistent with the one it was collected for, and we never sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, and only as much as they need:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and receives contact form submissions
• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
• Zoho, which provides our mailboxes and stores our correspondence with you
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on the site and receives your IP address when a page loads

We may also disclose personal data where required by Saudi law or by a competent authority.

5. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Some of the providers above store or process data on servers outside the Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside Saudi Arabia, we do so in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and we limit the data transferred to the minimum needed.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or design partner, in which case we keep it for as long as our relationship requires. After that, we delete it securely, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiry data is limited to the Lenz team members who need it to respond to you.

8. Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how and why your personal data is processed
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Obtain a copy of your personal data in a readable format
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need
• Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@lenz.sa. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the regulator for personal data protection in the Kingdom.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
